             My College professor said, "Avoid improptu like the plague."

      If I Overload my schedule then I am tired and stressed out.  Just say no.  Recently a friend asked me to sing

in an Italian Opera.  I tried to do it for a little while.  But I realized something, I can't sing in Italian.

  Sure I could spend weeks learning to sing in Italian.  But why???  for my glory??  Yes I would love to sing in an Opera,

But at what cost?  and for whose glory?  Unless I absolutely love the Opera I am preparing for, and have plenty of time

to learn and memorize it, that is one thing.  But to do it in one month, that is stressful so I just said, "no".

 Today I felt like curling up in a cave and sleeping through the winter.  I could have read a good book and had a cup of Hot Chocolate.  I think that some corn bread and butter and honey would have been perfect.  When I feel Like scratching, I scratch.  When I feel like daydreaming, I daydream.  Most of all, my thick bearskin is growing thicker to keep me warm through the long winter. The Other day, I was a real bear.  I was really grumpy.  I think I am back to just scratching and pawing.
